  • Transfer back to V/Line Station in Kyneton the following day (if required)

Official competition rules / terms and conditions

To enter, participants must:

  • Be 18 years or over and register their details including name, postcode, phone number and email address. Incorrect or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
  • The competition commences at 9am on Friday 14 December 2018 and closes at midnight on Sunday 20 January 2019.
  • The competition is a game of chance, with the winners chosen at random.
  • The winner will be notified on Monday 21 January 2019 and contacted via phone and/or email.
  • All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner fails to respond to Macedon Ranges Shire Council’s email or phone call by 9am (AEST) on Monday 28 January 2019, the promoter will reserve the right to select an alternative winner. The name of the winner will be published on the Macedon Ranges Naturally Cool Facebook page.
  • The tour date is fixed for Saturday 23 March 2019 and cannot be changed. The prize is fully transferable to someone else if the winner wishes to re-gift their prize, however the same prize conditions apply. No portion of the prize can be redeemed for cash.
  • Mr Café Macedon includes a total of six coffees (or tea) only. Additional beverages and snacks at the cost of the winner and their guests.
  • Moto Bean Café lunch value is $35 per head for a smoked meat platter (vegetarian/vegan option available). All drinks and any additional expenses above this amount are to be paid for by the winner and their guests. No credit will be applied if the full amount is not used.
  • Accommodation on either side of Saturday 23 March may be booked at Isabella at a 30% discount rate of $357 per night (usually $510). Late checkout may be available but must be confirmed directly with Isabella at Kyneton prior to travel. Breakfast provisions are included in your accommodation. Winner must abide by Isabella’s at Kyneton’s guest terms and conditions. A credit card (Visa or Mastercard) will be required for a refundable pre-authorisation bond based on standard booking conditions.
  • Tour operator Trips All Round provide air conditioned bus transport (wheelchair accessible) for the specific itinerary including a transfer to Kyneton V/Line station (only) on Sunday 24 March at a pre-arranged time if required. Pick up on Saturday 23 March is only from Woodend V/Line station or Kyneton accommodation. If self-driving, street parking is available outside Isabella at Kyneton. If winner and guests miss their train to Woodend or are late arriving to Kyneton by car, the tour itinerary timing will be affected and some elements of the tour may need to be excluded. The tour operator’s contact number will be provided to the winner in the event of a delay in arrival. If the winner and guests fail to arrive on the day, the prize and all inclusions will be forfeited.
