Contest Rules & Regulations – TENORS 2022

ENTRY

"TENORS" contest 2022 (the "Contest") is sponsored by ZoomerMedia Limited.
No purchase is necessary to enter this contest or win the Prize.

Contest commences on NOVEMBER 28, 2022 at 12:00pm (EDT) and closes on DECEMBER 17, 2022 at 11:59pm (EDT) (the "Contest Period").

All entries must be received on or before 11:59pm EDT DECEMBER 17, 2022

Entries submitted through fraudulent means or in any way tampered with, incorrect, unclear, forged, mutilated, illegible, indecipherable or mechanically reproduced may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ZoomerMedia Limited.

Limit one entry per valid e-mail address.

ZoomerMedia Limited is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible or delayed for any reason.

ELIGIBILITY

To enter and be eligible to win you must be a permanent resident of Canada, other than the Province of Quebec, of the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside at the time of entry, and not an employee of, a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with an employee or Board member of any division of ZoomerMedia Limited or an employee or Board member of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies.

This contest is not open to residents of the Province of Quebec.

HOW TO ENTER

Entries that are incomplete will be disqualified.

All entries shall become the property of ZoomerMedia Limited. ZoomerMedia Limited shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected or delayed. Entries received by any other method (phone, fax, courier, e-mail or dropped off in person) will not be accepted.

PRIZES

Contestants enter online for their chance to win tickets for two (2) to THE TENORS: A SEASON OF MIRACLES - December 23rd at 8pm at Roy Thomson Hall!

Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $150.00. The ARV for prize is an estimate made before the contest begins. The winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual prize costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules.

PRIZE SELECTION AND DELIVERY

Draw Date: DECEMBER 19, 2022

The winner(s) will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place DECEMBER 19, 2022 at 11:00am EDT at the offices of ZoomerMedia Limited located at 70 Jefferson Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M6K 1Y4.

The selected entrant will be notified by email no later than 5:00pm on DECEMBER 20, 2022, followed by a written notification. The winner has until 5:00pm on DECEMBER 21, 2022 to confirm receipt of the Grand Prize notification or acceptance of the Grand Prize after the stated deadline means the winner forfeits the Grand Prize and the Grand Prize will then be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random draw from all remaining eligible entries.

To win, the contestant must first correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question.

The decisions of the contest judges are final. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred. The prize winner has the sole responsibility of paying any taxes connected to the prize, if any.

The eligible winner of the prize must sign a declaration and release form releasing ZoomerMedia Limited from any liability arising from the acceptance of the prize and confirming compliance with contest rules.

CONDITIONS

This offer is void where prohibited by law. Chances of winning are solely dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and participation in the contest indicates acceptance of all contest rules and regulations.

By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes in all ZoomerMedia Limited media outlets without payment or compensation.

By entering, all entrants agree to adhere to, and abide by, these Contest Rules and Regulations. The decisions of ZoomerMedia Limited with respect to any Contest matter are final.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and bylaws. Quebec residents are not eligible to enter the contest.
