The following constitutes Rules for Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ ("the Show") Contests via a Text Messaging, E-mail Campaign, Twitter Campaign or Instagram Campaign ("the Contests").

No purchase is necessary to enter or win the prize(s) in the Contests. Contests are void where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to applicable federal, state and local laws.

Contests are open to all persons who are aged 16 years or older.

The drawings will be conducted by the Show, and the results of the drawings are final. Winner(s) will receive various prizes as available.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and not to Facebook.

Prize(s) will be mailed to winner. Not all entrants will be notified.

Employees, Executive Committee members and officers of the Show, and their immediate family members, households, or employees, or those who reside with such employees, Executive Committee members and officers, are not eligible to participate in or win the Contests. "Immediate family members" include spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, stepchildren and grandchildren. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of the Show, and may be enacted at any time.

The Show, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any liability resulting from any contests staged by the Show.

All entries for the Contests become the property of the Show and will be automatically opted into the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo General Newsletter Mailing List. Furthermore, the Show may withhold any contest materials crucial to the completion of the Contests.

All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that the Show has a right to publicize or broadcast the winner's name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental herein.

All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes allowed.

Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received.

Limitations of Liability: The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contests; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contests; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contests or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contests or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. The Show is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. The Show is not responsible for any typographical/other error in entries, selection announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with these Contests.

The decision of the Show is final.
