OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

2023 VISIONTV NEW NORDIC SPRING RENEWAL WATCH AND WIN CONTEST

THE 2023 VISIONTV NEW NORDIC SPRING RENEWAL WATCH AND WIN CONTEST (THE “CONTEST”) IS INTENDED TO BE CONDUCTED IN CANADA ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY AND PARTICIPANTS MUST BE THE AGE OF MAJORITY OR OLDER IN THEIR PROVINCE OR TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY VOID IN WHOLE OR IN PART WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES (THE “CONTEST RULES”).

ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:

(a) be a legal resident of Canada;

(b) be the age of majority in their province of residence or older at the time of entry

(c) This contest is not open to residents of Québec, Employees of ZoomerMedia Limited (“Zoomer”) and the ("Sponsor"), New Nordic Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Sponsors shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility, in a form acceptable to the Sponsors, including without limitation, government issued photo identification, to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsors for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

CONTEST PERIOD. The contest begins at 5:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 27, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 25, 2023 (the “Contest Period”) after which time the contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.

HOW THE CONTEST WORKS
a. Each day (Monday - Friday) from March 27 through April 25, 2023, between 5:01 PM ET and 9:59 PM ET on VISIONTV, one (1) of four (4) Spring Icons will periodically appear on screen during VisionTV's regularly scheduled broadcast during this time block, Mondays through Fridays.

b.The four (4) Spring Icons are: 1) one tree (“tree”), 2) one leaf (“leaf”), 3) one flower (“flower’), and 4) one bunch of berries (“berries”)

c. The Spring Icon that appears on any given day is eligible to use for entry until 4:59 PM ET the following day. The Spring Icon broadcast on Friday is valid for entry through the following Monday at 4:59pm ET.

d. Only entries that contain the correct Spring Icon corresponding to the date and time of entry will be eligible to be entered into the contest.

HOW TO ENTER.

a. Visit https://visiontv.ca/contests (the “VisionTV Website”), fill out the contest entry form, including the most recently aired “Spring Icon” and submit the completed entry form.

b. Limit of one (1) entry per person per e-mail address per every 24 hours (1 day) during the Contest Period. Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries, only the first eligible entry will be accepted.

c. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and none will be returned for any reason. The sponsors shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected or delayed. Entries received by any other method (phone, fax, courier, e-mail or dropped off in person) will not be accepted.

d. Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e- mail address associated with the entry. For the purpose of the Contest Rules, “authorized account holder" of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Each selected entrant may be required to provide the Sponsors with proof that the selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

PRIZES

a. There will be one (1) grand prize available to be won. Each grand prize consists of:

One (1) full year supply of New Nordic Hair GroTM valued at approx. $500 CDN.
One (1) set of seven (7) assorted bottles of New Nordic Gummies Supplements valued at approx. $200

b. The grand prize has an approximate total retail value of CDN $700

c. Four (4) secondary prize packages available to be won. Each secondary prize package contains 7 assorted bottles of New Nordic Gummies Supplements including, but not limited to, (Apple Cider, Ashwagandha, Cran Berry, Elderberry, Hair Volume, Multi-vegan and Turmeric gummies)

d. Each secondary prize package has an approx. retail value of $200 CDN

The Winner is not entitled to monetary difference between actual Grand Prize value and stated approximate prize value, if any.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE DELIVERY

a. Draw Date: April 27, 2023

b. One (1) potential grand prize winner and four (4) potential secondary prize winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on April 27, 2023 at the offices of ZoomerMedia Limited located at 64 Jefferson Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M6K 1Y4.

c. The selected entrants will be notified by email no later than 11:59pm ET on Aprll 28, 2023. The potential winners have until 5 p.m. ET on May 2, 2023 to confirm receipt of the notification. No confirmation by the stated deadline means the winner forfeits the grand prize and it will then be offered to an alternate potential winner selected by random draw from all remaining eligible entries.

d. To win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question.

e. The decisions of the contest judges are final. Each grand prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

f. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must sign and return a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with Contest Rules and Regulations, consenting to the use, without further compensation, of winner's name, address (city only) and photograph(s) in any Contest-related publicity and releasing the Sponsors and their respective agencies, affiliates, parent(s), subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone else involved in the development, production or handling of the Contest and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns from all liability arising in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, use or redemption of the grand prize and secondary prizes as awarded.

g. The declaration and release must be returned to ZoomerMedia Limited within seven (7) days after receipt.

CONDITIONS

a. This offer is void where prohibited by law. Chances of winning are solely dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and participation in the contest indicates acceptance of all contest rules and regulations.

b. In the event that the grand prize is not available for any reason outside the control of ZoomerMedia Limited, no substitution or compensation will be provided.

c. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes in all ZoomerMedia Limited media outlets without payment or compensation.

d. By entering the contest, entrant releases and holds Sponsors harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, participation in the Contest, any breach of the Contest Rules, or in any Prize-related activity. The entrant agrees to fully indemnify Sponsors from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.

e. If this contest permits entries to be received via e-mail or Internet, no responsibility will be taken for any failure of the website during the promotion or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer on- line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line or Internet entry to be received by ZoomerMedia Limited on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. ZoomerMedia Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Internet portion of this contest should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of ZoomerMedia Limited corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made ZoomerMedia Limited reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

g. ZoomerMedia Limited will be collecting data about entrants through the Contest entry forms. Any personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of ZoomerMedia Limited located at http://zoomermedia.ca/legal-privacy-policy. By entering the Contest each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by the Sponsors for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling the Contest. ZoomerMedia Limited will not sell or transmit this information to third parties unless the entrant has specifically consented to same, ZoomerMedia believes in good faith that it is required by law, to their affiliates (provided that such affiliates and their agents and advisors and their respective employees are restricted from using the information for any other purpose other than as described in these rules and regulations), or to their respective agents for data processing purposes, their respective professional advisors and promotional and marketing agencies (provided that such agents, professional advisors and promotional and marketing agencies are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than as described in these rules and regulations). Any inquiry concerning the personal information held by ZoomerMedia Limited should be addressed to ZoomerMedia Limited, 64 Jefferson Avenue, Toronto, ON, M6K 1Y4.

h. By entering, all entrants agree to adhere to, and abide by, these Contest Rules and Regulations. The decisions of the Sponsors with respect to any Contest matter are final.

i The sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Contest, and/or the Contest Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.

j. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and bylaws. Québec residents are not eligible to enter the contest.
