Upload your decorated heart or ‘heart in the window’ photo. For every heart photo that is uploaded Hillside Centre will donate $5 to The Mustard Seed Food Bank*. This is our way of thanking the healthcare and other front line workers and giving back to our local community. 

Heart images will be displayed in a gallery with their Photo Caption below. Allow 24 hours for your uploaded image to be approved and added to our #HillsideHeartProject Gallery. ❤️ This not a contest, it’s our way of showing our gratitude to all our healthcare and front line workers for their tireless efforts to keep us safe and also supporting those in immediate need through our local food bank. There is no mandatory requirement for email address or names on the form submission.
