ENTRY PERIOD

My entry isn’t going through.

We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties. Please try re-entering using a different browser (Firefox or Chrome) or make sure your current browser is up to date. If you are still not able to enter, or are entering from a mobile device, please outline the issue and send us a message.

How do I know my entry has been received?

If you have received your coupon, and your photo appears in the gallery, you’re officially entered. You will also receive the coupon to your entry email address. Please note that with thousands of entries, you may not be able to search for your photo. If you received your coupon, do not panic, you’ve been entered.

I entered the wrong photo- can I replace it?

We’re sorry but we are not able to delete or replace photos from the gallery.

My photo is in the wrong orientation- can you flip it?

Please send us a private message and provide the email you used to enter, and your pet’s name. Our team makes this correction in batches, so it may take up to one week for your photo to be rotated. This will not impact your photo’s eligibility.

Why isn’t my entry in the gallery?

It can take up to an hour for photos to appear in the gallery. If you received your coupon, your entry has been accepted.

Can I enter more than one pet?

Sure you can! Just remember that you can only enter one photo per pet. So if you have a photo of your cat and dog together, that would count as an entry for both pets.

Can we enter professionally taken photos?

We’ve had lots of amateur winners in previous years, but professional photos are accepted as well. We recommend sending us your best photo, and professional photos may be entered as long as you own the rights to the photo or have the photographers expressed permission.

I didn’t get my coupon.

We’re sorry to hear that. Please check your junk mail folder (plus the ‘Promotions’ folder if you are a gmail user). If you still cannot find your coupon, please send us a private message.

JUDGING AND VOTING

How will the photos be judged?

Our panel of judges will be evaluating all eligible photos. Our rules and regulations outline the photo submission guidelines, and following those guidelines is our best advice for success.

Who judges the photos?

Our panel of judges is made up of some of our company members. The panel of judges follows the photo entry guidelines to judge the eligible entries.

How many photos will make the calendar?

We will take the top 13 photos with the most votes at the end of the voting period. Photos will be selected based on Pet Category as well. The top 7 photos in the dog category, top 4 photos in the cat category, and top 3 photos in the other pet category will be claimed winners.

When can I vote?

The voting period runs from 9:00 AM Monday, July 9th to Sunday, July 15th at 11:59 PM. The top 13 photos will be contacted beginning Monday, July 16th, and all 13 winners will be announced on Facebook on or after Monday, July 23rd.

When do I find out the winners?
