At The MENTOR Network, we believe that with the right support, anyone can be their best selves regardless of physical, mental and behavioral challenges. Depending on the individuals you serve, our caregiver roles have different titles, such as Direct Support Professional, Life Skills Trainer, or Certified Nursing Assistant, and the work you will do is meaningful. You can make a real difference in the lives of those we serve to live as independently as possible. Caregivers work with individuals with special needs on everyday tasks including meal planning and preparation, medication administration and personal care. We encourage community involvement at The MENTOR Network and our caregivers may accompany the individuals they work with to community outings and aide with transportation to work and other activities. Caregivers also work with clinical staff to establish therapeutic and behavioral plans in order to improve the quality of life for the individuals they work with.
