CONTEST RULES

Entry                                                                                

Enter for a chance to win two (2) suite tickets to the Seahawks game on Sun. Sept. 25, 2022, at 1:25 PM PT valued at $2,000.  There will be eight (8) winners. Tickets are not transferable. Suite comes with complementary food and beverages. Enter to win by completing the entry form located at https://a.pgtb.me/p6BmrX. Prize covers price of admission only and does not include travel or parking expenses. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. No purchase necessary to win and a purchase will not increase odds of winning.

Limitations 

Only one (1) entry per person. Must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older and must enter by completing and submitting the form of entry mentioned above. Employees or agents of BECU, the NFL Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. NFL Entities (as defined below) are not a sponsor of, or endorser of, this promotion. Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are not a sponsors of, does not endorse, and has no administration functions relative to this promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. 

Winners 

Eight (8) winners will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on September 13, 2022, from all entries received between August 25 through September 12, 2022 at 11:59 PM PT and you need not be present to win.  Odds of winning based on the number of entries received. Each winner will receive two (2) suite tickets to the Seahawks game on Sun. Sept. 25, 2022, at 1:25 PM PT valued at $2,000.  The winners will be notified by email or phone no later than the end of business September 13, 2022 and will have 48 hours from date of notification to contact BECU, complete the claim form and other documents as necessary, and provide them to BECU.  Should a winner fail to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will go to the first selected alternate. For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to BECU, Attn: Fergus Mills, Marketing Coordinator, P.O. Box 97050, M/S 1057-1, Seattle, Washington 98124-9750.  Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner.  In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate will be selected.

Conditions 

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BECU, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  By participating, entrants release BECU, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.  Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph and statements by BECU for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation. 

The National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties, LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the award of any prize(s).
