OFFICIAL RULES

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win this contest. The contest is open to registered members of FHN Get Fit 2021. Each member is limited to one entry. The winner of the contest will receive a $20 gift card to a local grocery.

Entries - consisting of a salad ingredient, first and last name, and email address - will be taken through midnight (CST) Sunday, April 11, 2021. A winner will be drawn at random on Monday, April 12 and will be contacted via email. His or her name will be shared via social media and the Get Fit 2021 newsletter.

Information taken for this contest will not be used for any other purpose.
