We appreciate the photo of your family member or yourself that you uploaded to our birthday board today. We would like to include it in our newscast and/or on the station's website.

This confirms that you have granted to Gray Television Group, Inc., d/b/a WIS-TV a world-wide, payment and royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive right to use the photo in our newscast and/or on the station's website.

By sending us your submission, you also warrant and represent that you own, license, or otherwise lawfully control all of the rights to the photo you have submitted, that our use of it will not infringe or violate the rights of any other person, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have agreed to the Terms of Use posted on the station's website.
