Note: Companies taking part must be contracted exhibitors at a Marketplace Events produced home show in 2020.

1. Follow the video instructions.

1. The video should be between forty-five (45) to sixty (60) seconds in length.
2. No trademarks, service marks, or music shall appear in the video.
3. The video must be titled, "2019 Work Ethic Warrior Applicant - [Applicant First Name] [Last Name]."
4. The applicant must upload the video to YouTube, consistent with the YouTube's standard upload instructions and settings; make it public; and include the URL where indicated below.
5. By submitting a YouTube video link as part of the application, the person or persons who appear in the video consent to their participation in the video. In addition, the person or persons in the video agree that the video may be used for promotion at any time hereafter, of:
the mikeroweWORKS Foundation
the Work Ethic Scholarship Program by the mikeroweWORKS Foundation and its sponsors at
Marketplace Events or any of the home shows produced by Marketplace Events

Must include the following:

1. Statement from person nominating as to how this person exemplifies a strong work ethic.
2. Statement from nominee as to how training, their job, their work ethic has positively impacted their life.

2. The prize details:

Winners will be notified by December 31, 2019

The grand prize will be awarded to two companies contracted as exhibitors at a 2020 home show:
1. One to companies with less than 25 employees
2. One to companies with 25 or more employees

The Grand Prize includes a two-night trip for 2 to Minneapolis, Feb 28-Mar 1, 2020 to receive the award from Mike Rowe at the 2020 Minneapolis Home + Garden Show, including:
1. Roundtrip airfare for 2 to Minneapolis
2. 1 hotel room with 2 queen beds, for 2 nights: Feb 28-Mar 1, 2020
3. Free admission to the show
4. Award ceremony to take place at the Minneapolis Home + Garden Show
5. Chance to meet and have photo taken with Mike Rowe
6. Your video will be shared by both Marketplace Events and also by Mike Rowe on a date of his choice in 2020.
7. Marketplace Events will promote the award to the local media in your market

Note that your video may be edited prior to Mike Rowe sharing it on social media.
