OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES FOR TIM’S TP EXTRAVAGANZA

Here are the official rules for Tim’s TP Extravaganza (“Contest”), being conducted by KRQR (hereafter referred to as “Station”) and its owner Results Radio LLC, starting May 9 and ending 11:59PM May 27 2020.

The Station may change the dates and/or terms, conditions, or rules of the Contest without prior notice.  Any material changes to the Contest or its Rules will be broadcast and posted on zrockfm.com (hereafter “Station Website”). Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest as it deems necessary if it is not capable of completion as planned including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, legal challenge or technical failures of any kind.  

The Station is not responsible for technological errors or failures of phone, text, internet, websites, email, or computer systems related to execution of the Contest.

WHO CAN ENTER (ELIGIBILITY)

The Contest is open to all US citizens who reside fulltime in the State of California (“Contestant”).  If Prize is won by a Contestant who is under 18, the Entrant’s parent or legal guardian must claim the prize and will be deemed the Winner for all purposes hereunder.

Current or former employees of Results Radio LLC, their immediate family members (including ex-spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws), individuals legally residing in the same household as current employees, Company affiliates, agents, successors, assignees, any promotional agency involved with this promotion,  current employees of other Radio stations in California and their family members,  are NOT eligible to participate or win.

Failure to comply with the Rules may result in a Contestant’s disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, and to disqualify that Contestant from entering or winning future contests.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Contest is void where prohibited by law.

Contestants are required to provide truthful information to the Station on entry and during entire operation of the Contest. Station will disqualify any entry discovered to be based upon false or untruthful information.

Contestants and Finalists who do not meet this Contest’s Eligibility requirements will be disqualified, and ineligible to become the contest winner.

By entering Contest, Contestants agree to indemnify this Station and Results Radio LLC from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from use of the prize or participation in this Contest.

By entering Contest, Contestants, Finalists, and Winners agree to allow use of their entry materials (including submitted image(s),  Name, written material, and Voice) in Station on-air, stream, social media, newsletter, website, or other Station publicity platforms. 

HOW TO ENTER

Listeners of the Station online stream may experience delays of broadcast content, and therefore may not be able to participate in or be disadvantaged in participating in certain contests.

To enter, visit Station Website and complete required fields in the Contest entry form.  Contestants may opt-in or opt-out to receive Station email newsletters or receive solicitations from Station and/or Station Sponsors. 

Contestants may enter the Contest 1 time per valid email address, and unlimited times per Household.  Winning this Contest is limited to 1 time per Household.

Station Judges will be the sole interpreter of Contest rules.  All decisions by the Station Judges will be final.  Entry into this Contest constitutes agreement by Entrant to abide by these rules.

THE PRIZE

The Prize is:  Up to 20 rolls of toilet paper.

Prize Total Value is up to $14.28 MSRP

METHOD OF DETERMINING FINALIST(s) OR WINNER(s)

Three (3) Prize finalists will be selected at random from all entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

FINALIST/WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REDEMPTION OF PRIZE

Station will contact the finalists by their daytime telephone number indicated on their Contest entry on Thursday May 14th, May 21st, & May 28th between 8am and 5pm and upon confirmation will be named the Winner. If the finalist cannot be contacted after 5 attempts, the Prize will be forfeited and a new finalist will be chosen, repeating the process until a winner is confirmed.

Winners must appear and sign required affidavits and releases at a mutually agreed time the Friday after they’ve been contacted at 856 Manzanita Court Chico CA 95926, or the Prize will be forfeited.  Advance appointment at mutually agreed time is required.  After signing affidavits and releases, the contest will have the opportunity to catch toilet paper rolls thrown by station talent from a distance determined by markings on the ground for a period of 106 seconds. At the conclusion of time period the prize will be awarded to the Winner.

Prize cannot be awarded to third parties on behalf of the Winner.

Prize is transferable and may not be substituted for any reason

Winner will be required to fill out a W-9 form to claim Prize. 

Taxes are not included. Payment of taxes will be the legal responsibility of Winner.

The Winner, or if under age 18 the winner’s parent or legal guardian,  will be required to present and report the following during the appointment: 

Current and valid government-issued photo identification
Personal social security number
Household residence address
Date of birth
Phone number
Any and all info reported on the Content Entry form exactly matching the entry.
