Enter for a chance to win one of two sets of two tickets to the Tuesday, May 30, 2017 event Of Potato Heads and Polaroids: My Life Inside and Out of Pearl Jam hosted by KEXP. No purchase necessary to win and a purchase will not increase odds of winning. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize.

Limitations

Only one entry per person. Must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older and must enter by completing and submitting the form of entry mentioned above. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Winners

The winner will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on May 26, 2017 from all entries received on May 24, 2017 through May 25, 2017 and you need not be present to win.  Odds of winning based on the number of entries received.  The winner will be notified by email no later than the end of business May 26, 2017 and will have 24 hours from date of notification to contact BECU, complete the claim form and other documents as necessary, and provide them to BECU. Should the winner fail to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will go to the first selected alternate.  For a list of prize winners, email Joel Ballezza, Marketing Manager, joel.ballezza@becu.org.  Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner.  In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BECU, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  By participating, entrants release BECU, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.  Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph and statements by BECU for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation.
