Official Rules:

To Enter:

(1) Entry: There is a limit of one entry for one family per person/household/email address for the duration of the survey period. If multiple entries from any one person, household or email address are entered more than once, all entries will void all but the initial entry. Oshkosh Community Credit Union is not responsible for failures or malfunctions of email or websites; lost entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; incomplete entries or communications; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. Oshkosh Community Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Oshkosh Community Credit Union believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.

Contest Duration:

Oshkosh Community Credit Union will begin accepting entries November 14, 2016 to December 16, 2016. No further entries will be eligible after the date of closure.

Winner Selection:

The nominated family with the most votes on social media at the closing of the contest will win the cash prize of $300. Winner will be selected by Oshkosh Community Credit Union whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. The person nominating the winning family will be notified by the email address provided to Oshkosh Community Credit Union upon the closing of the contest. The winning family is responsible for claiming their cash prize from Oshkosh Community Credit Union.

Prize:

The Oshkosh Community Credit Union will donate up to $300 cash for Christmas gifts to the winning nominated family.

Eligibility:

Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives and their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife), and those living in the same household of such employees, of Oshkosh Community Credit Union, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes is not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Alternate Entry:

Contestants may enter the contest by sharing their name, email address, the name of the nominated family and the story of the nominated family through the form linked here.

General:

By entering, entrants agree:

To be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of the judges will be binding and final in all respects; and that Oshkosh Community Credit Union shall have the right and permission to use winner’s name and email for advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose in any media without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Prize winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within 10 days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing or return of prize notification/documentation as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. If identity of winner is disputed based on the email address submitted, prize will be awarded to the person identified as the authorized account holder of the email address at the time entry is submitted as determined by Oshkosh Community Credit Union in its sole discretion.

No substitutions or transfers of prize, except by Oshkosh Community Credit Union (due to prize unavailability) for a prize of equal or greater value selected by Oshkosh Community Credit Union. By entering, entrants agree that Oshkosh Community Credit Union, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are not liable and shall be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury and/or damage to entrant and/or any other person and/or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury and/or death to entrant and/or any other person, and/or damage to personal and/or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a prize or participation in this promotion.

If this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Oshkosh Community Credit Union, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Oshkosh Community Credit Union reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who it believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation or termination, Oshkosh Community Credit Union may, in its sole discretion, select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation or termination to award prizes. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee provided by Oshkosh Community Credit Union.
