An Update to Our Community

 

Since the beginning, Soft Surroundings has been about creating a culture of care — for ourselves, our families, and one another.  With the rapid updates about COVID-19 and its impact on all of us, we'd like to take a moment to address the ways we’re caring for our Soft Surroundings teams and the incredible shoppers who support us every day.

To keep our stylists, customers, and communities safe, several of our stores remain closed temporarily and will reopen as soon as guidelines allow us to do so. We believe in looking out for the amazing individuals who make Soft Surroundings what it is, so we will continue to support our associates with healthcare benefits at this time.

We love having you in our stores and are constantly inspired by the culture you’ve helped create. While some locations are closed, that culture will continue to thrive online—where you can shop, get style advice, and chat with us on social media, 24/7. Connection is so important now, especially while we're staying at home and trying to stay healthy. We look forward to finding new ways to support the unique and vibrant community that has always been the core of our company.

Returns:

Due to continued concerns regarding COVID-19, we are extending the return window to July 1, 2020 for any purchases made between January 1, 2020 and March 31, 2020.


Delivery Options:

Due to our store closures, Buy Online Pick-Up In Store is not available in all stores at this time. 


Safety:

We have taken extensive steps to increase all cleaning and sanitation efforts at our Distribution Center.  Additionally, we have adjusted and staggered schedules in order to promote greater social distancing, while continuing to recommend elevated precautionary health measures on the part of our employees. We will continue to closely monitor the situation with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and local, state and national authorities.
