Entry
Enter a drawing for a chance to win one (1) of ten (10) craft beer or wine-tasting packages in the Rose Garden at the Taste of Tacoma 6/22-6/24 valued at $18. Craft beer or wine-tasting package includes five tastings. Enter to win by completing the entry form located at https://a.pgtb.me/6wpW4R. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. No purchase necessary to win and a purchase will not increase odds of winning. All information provided by the entrant will be collected by BECU. This promotion is sponsored entirely by BECU. Facebook and Twitter are not sponsors of, do not endorse, and have no administration functions relative to this promotion.
Limitations
Only one entry per person (entrants using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible to win). Must be a legal resident of the United States and 21 years or older and must enter by completing and submitting the form of entry mentioned above. Employees or agents of BECU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law.
Winners
Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on 6/4 from all entries received on 5/30/18 through 6/3/18 and you need not be present to win. Winners will receive a voucher they can turn in for a craft beer or wine-tasting package in the Rose Garden at the Taste of Tacoma 6/22/18-6/24/18. Odds of winning based on the number of entries received.  The winner will be notified by email no later than the end of business 6/4/18 and will have 24hours from date of notification to contact BECU, complete the claim form and other documents as necessary, and provide them to BECU.  Should the winner fail to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will go to the first selected alternate.  For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to BECU, Attn: Molly Andrews, Sponsorship Portfolio Manager, P.O. Box 97050, M/S 1057-1, Seattle, Washington 98124-9750.  Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner.  In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BECU, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  By participating, entrants release BECU, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.  Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph and statements by BECU for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation.
