“Street Snap in Kowloon City” Photo Competition with Fabulous Prizes

Nowadays, smart phones have become more and more popular, it has been part of the lifestyle of many people to take photos from their smart phones wherever they go and share photos with friends on social media. Regal Oriental Hotel is pleased to launch the “Street Snap in Kowloon City” Photo Competition to invite the public to discover and share more “check-in” points in Kowloon City apart from showing their photo-taking technique.

From now until 24 June 2018, take a photo of your most favourite “check-in” point of Kowloon City and upload it to the designated section in the Facebook page of Regal Oriental Hotel. The winners will be awarded with dining vouchers as prizes.

How to participate

1. Take a photo of your most favourite “check-in” point of Kowloon City. Follow the instructions by uploading the photo and filling in the details as required. Finally, press “Submit” to complete entry submission.
2. Please include the following details upon entry submission :
   • Name of the “check-in” point
   • Reason of your recommendation (Maximum 80 characters in Chinese or 240 characters in English)
3. Each photo to be submitted should not exceed 2MB in size and should be in JPEG format.
4. Photos for scenery only or scenery with people are welcome. The photos for scenery with people will automatically be the entries for the “King of the Pose” Special Award.

* The coverage of the Kowloon City District follows the official district division of the Hong Kong SAR Government.

Judging Criteria
The winning entries will be selected by Regal Oriental Hotel based on the following criteria :

• Creativity
• Composition
• Uniqueness
• Reason of Recommended “check-in” point

Announcement date of winners : 29 June 2018 (via Hotel Facebook page)
Winners are requested to send private message via Regal Oriental Hotel Facebook page with name on HKID card and contact telephone number on or before 9 July 2018 in order to arrange prize collection. Any delay will be treated as forfeiture of prize.

• The Champion (1 winner) : The winner will receive a voucher for Dinner Buffet for two at Café Neo
• The Merit (1 winner) : The winner will receive a voucher for Lunch Buffet for two at Café Neo
• “King of the Pose” Special Award (1 winner) – The winner will receive a voucher for Set Lunch for two at Avanti Pizzeria
