To request your copy be signed or dedicate, please fill in the below form with the name of the person you want it dedicated to, upload your receipt as proof of purchase, and I’ll send you a personalised book-plate to stick on the inside of the book*.  Must be purchased and requested by December the 8th, 2020. 

Please note: the book and the book-plate will arrive in separate packages, but both will arrive in time for Christmas,  as long as you fill in the below form before midnight on December 8th.
