All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. One entry per person, multiple entries for the same person or email will be disregarded. Entries will not be accepted past April 30, 2017. One winner will be chosen to receive 1 free McCutcheon's Spring Basket and will be announced on Facebook the week of May 1, 2017. Prize may not be redeemed for cash or store credit.

Winner may come to the McCutcheon's Factory Store in Frederick, MD to receive their prize or the prize can be shipped within the Continental United States*. If a winner cannot pick up their prize or does not claim their prize within 10 days of the announcement on Facebook, the winner forfeits the prize.
