Entry into this Giveaway constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter online at StewLeonards.com or fill out a paper entry form located at any Stew Leonard’s Farm Fresh Food Store by December 15, 2022 for a chance to win! Seven winners will be drawn at random from all entries collected.

One entry per person. 

Prizes: 7 Fresh Christmas Trees, any size or variety excluding Cathedral. 

How we contact Potential Winner: Stew Leonard’s will email or call the potential winner. Potential Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Prizes must then be picked up at Stew Leonard’s customer service within 7 days of confirmation or the prize will be forfeited. No prize substitution. No cash value. Prizes may not be returned.

Potential Winner agrees that Stew Leonard’s and their affiliated advertising and promotion agencies and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prize offered. By accepting the prize, the potential winner agrees to defend and hold harmless Stew Leonard’s and their agencies for any injuries, damages or losses that may be sustained in connection with the ownership, use or misuse of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute and signify the potential winner’s agreement and consent that Stew Leonard’s may in perpetuity use the winner’s name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.

Stew Leonard’s reserves the right to alter any rules of any giveaway at any time.
