What is the Ticketmaster® Ticket Cash® Code and how does it work?

The Ticketmaster® Ticket Cash® code ("Code") is redeemable only on ticketmaster.com/jerseymikes. The Code is a one-time use only promo code good toward $25-off final ticket purchase for a select event in the United States ticketed on ticketmaster.com or livenation.com, based on availability under this program. Code cannot be sold or bought. Void if sold or exchanged for compensation. Any unused value will be forfeited. Maximum four (4) Codes per transaction. Subject to full Code Terms of Use. Code expires 12/31/21.

Can I use my Code on any event listed on Ticketmaster.com?

Codes cannot be used toward VIP Nation®, TicketsNow® or events not ticketed by Ticketmaster, fan clubs, ticket packages, gift cards, Credits or shipping charges Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster™, Major League Baseball events, events at AEG venues and tickets not sold directly by Ticketmaster.

Where do I redeem my Code once I’m on the Code redemption site?

Select your preferred venue and/or event and ticket locations. Once you cart your preferred tickets, enter your Code in the ‘Promo Code’ field on the Payment Page.

What does it mean if the event I want to see isn't listed on the redemption website or if the event states ‘unavailable’?

If the event you want to attend is not listed or states ‘unavailable’ it is because it is not a participating event and/or venue or the event is sold out. Please select another event.

I went to ticketmaster.com but couldn’t find the Ticket Cash page. Where can I find it?

To access the Ticketmaster Ticket Cash page, enter www.ticketmaster.com/jerseymikes into your browser window.  You cannot access the Code redemption page directly from the Ticketmaster homepage.

How can I purchase a Ticketmaster Ticket Cash Code?

Codes are not available for sale.

How long is my Code valid?

You Code must be redeemed by 11:59 PM PT on December 31, 2021, while supplies last.

My Code was lost or stolen. What do I do now?

Unfortunately, lost or stolen Codes cannot be replaced.

My event was cancelled. How do I get my Code back?

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.
 
If your concert has been cancelled or you are unable to attend a rescheduled date, please call Ticketmaster Customer Service at (800) 653-8000 during the following hours (local time):  Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM; Saturday: 9 AM - 8 PM or Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM.

How close to the date of the event am I able to redeem my Code?

You may redeem your Code no later than 72 hours prior to the show, depending on inventory.

Can I request that my tickets be available for pick up at will call?

Yes, if it is an option offered at the venue and selected event.

I never received an email confirming that my tickets will be held at Will Call. Can you resend it?

If you haven’t received your email ticket confirmation please check to make sure that it didn’t end up in your Bulk Mail folder.  If you still don’t see it, please call Ticketmaster Customer Service at (800) 653-8000 during the following hours (local time):  Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM; Saturday: 9 AM - 8 PM or Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM.

Can I redeem my Code at the venue or via mail?

Codes may only be redeemed online at the redemption page.

I printed my tickets and now have lost them. May I reprint my tickets?

You may reprint your tickets for personal use only. Please note that the unique bar Code printed on each ticket will allow access to only the first ticket with that bar code to enter the venue.

Can I use my Code for reserved seating?

You can use your Code towards final ticket purchase for all open inventory at the applicable events/venues for this program. Dollars-off final ticket purchase will be identified after you enter your valid Promo Code on the Payment page.

Are there any additional fees associated with the Code?

There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket and shipping charges and/or fees depending on your ticket delivery. The Code cannot be applied to shipping charges toward merchandise purchases.

Can I redeem multiple Codes at the same time?

Maximum four (4) Codes per transaction. Reminder: Codes can be used only once.  Any unused value will be forfeited.
