CONTEST RULES
Photos must be submitted through this app between February 14 and February 23, 2022. After approval, photos submitted will be displayed here and may be used on the FHN Get Fit Facebook page and FHN website identified by your first name and the first letter of your last name.
Only one photo is allowed per Get Fit member. Each photo submitted is one entry into a random drawing for a $20 grocery gift card.
Photos taken at one of the FHN Get Fit Fitness Partners (listed at fhn.org/getfitters.asp) will count as two entries into the drawing. These photos must feature the person entering and either an employee of the business (with their permission) or interior signage identifying the business.
Please be mindful of other patrons' privacy when taking a photo.
