Prize Draws: On or about September 5^th, 2016 (Subject to change)

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Commencing on or about July 1st, 2016 there will be two (2) ways to enter.

Mail-In: To enter, print your full name, age, address, telephone number, and answer to the mathematical skill-testing question on the contest Entry Form available in the Family Foods Flyer during the weeks of July 1-9 and August 5-13 at participating Family Foods locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario (while supplies last). Entry forms must be mailed to - Family Foods “Summer Snackin’ – Parrot Drone Giveway” C/O Macdonalds Consolidated PO Box 864 Station M Calgary, AB T2P 2J6. Each entry must be an original (no photocopies or facsimiles will be accepted).   You must separately mail each entry with sufficient postage. One entry per day. To be eligible, all entries must be postmarked by August 20^th, 2016 the contest closing date. Entry forms postmarked after this date will be considered null and void and not eligible for the prize draw.

Online: To enter, go to www.familyfoods.ca click on the Summer Snackin’ promo link and enter your full name, address, telephone number, Online Entry Code: 353052 and answer to the mathematical skill-testing question on the online contest Entry Form link available on the Family Foods website from July 1- August 20, 2016. One entry per day (once every 24 hours) will be accepted. Entries must be submitted by August 20^th the contest closing date.

PRIZES: There will be three (3) Parrot AR Drones 2.0” - Valued at $429.99 each **Parrot is not a sponsor of, nor a partner in this promotion. Parrot is a registered trademark of Parrot Inc.

None of Macdonalds Consolidated, its affiliates, its licensors and associates Macdonalds Consolidated or subsidiaries of Macdonalds Consolidated, participating Family Foods locations,

or their respective agents or representatives (herein collectively called "The Sponsors") shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to a prize awarded in this contest.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash surrender value. “The Sponsors” reserve the right, in the event that a prize or a component of a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar prize or component of equal or greater value without liability. Limit of one (1) prize per person, or household.

ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry except employees (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) or agents of Macdonalds Consolidated, “The Sponsors” or subsidiaries of Macdonalds Consolidated, participating Family Foods locations its advertising and promotion agencies, and the contest judges.

DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION: On or about September 5th, 2016 the CONTEST DRAW DATE at 2:00 P.M. (MST) at Macdonalds Consolidated. Office, 1020 - 64th Ave NE, Calgary AB T2E 7V8 a random draw will be made from all eligible entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Selected entrants will be contacted by phone or email. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of selection or there is a return of any prior notification as undeliverable, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first (a) have correctly answered, unaided, the time-limited mathematical skill testing question on the entry form (b) sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing “The Sponsors”, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, the contest judges and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this contest, the entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use of the prize or any portion thereof. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted by email or telephone or fails to return the contest documents within the specified time, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected.

GENERAL: By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final.

Only contest winners will be contacted. If an entrant is not contacted within the aforementioned time period, it means they have not been chosen as an eligible winner.

By entering, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province) and/or photograph, likeness or voice in any and all forms of media, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor(s) with respect to this Contest.

The Sponsor(s) and the independent contest organization are not responsible for: (i) late-received, illegible, incomplete, falsified, destroyed, unintelligible, incomplete, lost, irretrievable or misdirected entries and all such entries are void (ii) entries which fail to comply with these Contest Rules. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered or registered in a fashion not sanctioned by these rules and/or has submitted or registered more than the number of entries or registrations permitted by these rules, the entrant will be disqualified and all of the entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified. 

All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsor(s) and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

The Sponsor(s) respects your right to privacy. By entering this contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor(s), its agents and/or representatives storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her entry for the purpose of administering the contest unless the entrant otherwise agrees to additional purposes.
