The value of the BECU ZooTunes VIP pack for four is $500. Enter by completing the entry form on the BECU Facebook Page (www.Facebook.com/BECU) or by emailing discounts@becu.org with the subject line “Upgrade my ZooTunes” along with your full name, age, phone number and email address.  No purchase necessary to win and a purchase will not increase odds of winning. All information provided by the entrant will be collected by BECU, not Facebook. This promotion is sponsored entirely by BECU and Facebook is not a sponsor of, does not endorse, and has no administrative functions relative to this promotion.

Limitations

Only one entry per person (entrants using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible to win).  Must be a legal resident of the United States and 21 years or older (as the VIP seating is located inside the beer/wine garden and ID is required for entry) and must enter by completing and submitting one of the forms of entry mentioned above.  Employees or agents of BECU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law.

Winners

The winner will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on 6/30 at 3pm from all entries received from 10:00am on 6/29 through 2:59pm on 6/30 and you need not to be present to win.  Odds of winning based on the number of entries received.  The winner will be notified by email no later than the end of business 7/5 and will have 24 hours from date of notification to contact BECU, complete the claim form and other documents as necessary, and provide them to BECU.  Should the winner fail to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will go to the first selected alternate.  For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to BECU, Attn: Molly Andrews, Events Development and Public Relations Manager, P.O. Box 97050, M/S 1037-2, Seattle, Washington 98124-9750.  Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner.  In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BECU, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  By participating, entrants release BECU, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.  Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph and statements by BECU for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation. Winner may be acknowledged at the concert.
