With Mother’s Day approaching, we want to give you the opportunity to recognize or memorialize a special mother. Submit a nomination, using the form below, thanking the special mother in your life for a life lesson they taught you, a lasting impression they left, or just for being them. The winner will receive flowers in time for Mother’s Day to be given to the nominee or in memorial of them if they have passed.
How to nominate a deserving mother:

- Tell us why this mother is deserving
- Submit your nomination
- We will read the submissions and make a choice. We will contact the person whose submission we selected.
