 (1) This contest is open to Hong Kong and Macao residents. (2) Entries made after 23:59 on Sunday 14 Mar, 2021 will not be counted. (3) Only one entry per email address will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same email account, only the first entry will be accepted. (4) The grand prize for the 17th Anniversary Trivia Quiz is a set of essentials kit (worth $280). (5) We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct. (6) The decisions of Malin+Goetz HK are final and no correspondence will be entered into. (7) We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. (8) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. (9) No purchase is necessary. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet. (10) To be eligible to receive the grand prize, entrants must achieve a score of 5/5 in the 17th Anniversary Trivia Quiz, and provide your name and email address on the online registration form. The 10th, 20th, 30th entrants of each day in the period of 11-14 March 2021, will be selected as winner. (11) By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion. (12) Malin+Goetz HK does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. (13) Malin+Goetz HK reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control. (14) This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Hong Kong law. (15) The winners of the 17th Anniversary Trivia Quiz will be notified by email after the closing date. The winners will be asked to provide the names and details of the individuals who will redeem the prize. And must do so within 14 days of being notified or they will forfeit the prize. Prizes will be redeemed at Malin+Goetz ifc store. (16) By entering the 17th Anniversary Trivia Quiz each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. (17) By entering the 17th Anniversary Trivia Quiz, the winner consents to the publishing of their name and country of residence on The Malin+Goetz (HK) website and Facebook page. (18) Malin+Goetz (HK) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on Malin+Goetz (HK)'s website located at https://malinandgoetz.com.hk/.
