Entry

Enter a drawing for a chance to win 1 of 75 ticket packs to the Washington State Fair. Ticket packs include 8 Fisher scones coupons and 4 admission tickets valued at $70. Enter by completing the online entry form located at https://a.pgtb.me/ClnRfk. No purchase necessary to win and a purchase will not increase odds of winning. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to BECU and not to Facebook or Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for the Washington State Fair promotion.

Limitations

Only one entry per person. Must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older and must enter by completing and submitting the online entry form. Employees or agents of BECU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Winners

75 ticket packs will be given away. The winners will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on 8/15/2019 at 11:00 AM PST from all complete entries received from 8/7/2019 (12:00 AM PST) through 8/14/2019 (11:59 PM PST) and you need not be present to win. Odds of winning based on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified via email on 8/15/2019. The ticket packs will be mailed to the address provided on the submission form and BECU is not liable for lost, stolen or misdirected mail. For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to BECU, Attn: Molly Andrews, Sponsorship Portfolio Manager, P.O. Box 97050, M/S #1057-1, Seattle, Washington 98124-9750. Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BECU, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating, entrants release BECU, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph and statements by BECU for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation.
