Curtain Call Cares! We’re committed to serving you as best we can as we all reopen and recover from the effects of COVID-19. We're sorry we've all been impacted by the ongoing pandemic and look forward to working through these uncertain times together as we find a pathway forward for all of us in dance. 

We have a limited customer service team working, which you can reach at 1-888-808-0801. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM ET. Due to the high volume of calls, you may experience long wait times and we truly appreciate your patience. 

Due to the mandate placed on our business by the Governor of Pennsylvania, our costume manufacturing was shut down for nine weeks but has resumed again. We're working hard to complete all outstanding orders and finalize this season's shipments.

Need to change your ship-to location?

We know many of you are working from home temporarily and may not be visiting your studios to receive shipments. If you are expecting a shipment from Curtain Call Costumes and need to request a new ship-to address, please complete the form below. We will be happy to re-direct your shipment as long as we haven’t yet shipped the items.

In addition, many orders are currently being held at our warehouse, as our shipping partners have recommended only shipping to residential addresses at this time. If you are expecting a shipment and haven’t verified a ship-to address, please submit this form.

 

If there is an issue with changing your ship-to destination, we will contact you.

Costume Exchanges

In order to best serve our dance studio customers who have decided to postpone recitals, we’re extending our exchange period. For orders placed January 1, 2020 – March 31, 2020, you will be able to request size exchanges through November 1, 2020. All exchanges are contingent on our exchange policy requirements. We are unable to provide a refund. Custom orders, clearance merchandise and discontinued products may not be cancelled or returned for exchanges.

In addition, many of you have asked if current season styles will be available next year. We’ve listened! Next year’s collection will feature a great majority of repeated styles to help give you even more flexibility with your recital planning.
