GRAND PRIZE: One potential winner will be randomly drawing from all entries received during the Promotion Period to received the following prize package (the “Grand Prize”):

1.       Nutrience branded items including, food, treats and wellness products. Items will be awarded based on whether the verified winner has a dog or a cat. The prize value for a dog prize package is approximately $600.00. The prize value for a cat prize package is approximately $600.00. Winners will be announced daily on @PetSmartCanada Facebook Stories and are notified by Facebook message within two days after the official overall results are posted at the conclusion of the Promotion. Grand Prize winner will be announced on July 1, 2021. If a Selected Entrant cannot be contacted or fails to respond to any message within two business days of the first attempt of contact by the Sponsor, he/she will be considered to have forfeited his/her Prize and will be disqualified and another Entrant may be selected, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, from the remaining eligible Entries until such time as contact is made with a Selected Entrant, there are no more eligible Entries, or there is insufficient time to award the Prize, whichever comes first. In the event that an alternate Selected Entrant is required to be selected, the same above-noted process will apply. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a Selected Entrant. To be declared a winner (“Winner”), each Selected Entrant must answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by the Sponsor, in a format of their choosing.

Eligibility: Promotion open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and any of their respective affiliate companies, agents, professional advisors, and immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) of each are not eligible to win.

Odds of Winning a Prize: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion Entries received during the Promotion Period.

Release:  By entering the Promotion, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents (“Related Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive all causes of action related to claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss or destruction of property), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or otherwise (“Claims”). By entering the Promotion, entrants also agree to fully indemnify Sponsor and its Related Parties and hold each of them harmless from any and all claims of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including any use or enjoyment of any prize.

Use of Entrant Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, by submitting an Entry, you hereby consent to Sponsor’s use of the Entry in its internal communications and publications and on social media and other marketing platforms.

Privacy: Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Promotion will be used by Sponsor and its agents for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Promotion as described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, posted at  https://www.petsmart.ca/help/privacy-policy-H0011.html

General: The Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict or choice of law provisions or international treaties or conventions. All persons submitting an Entry and winner agree and consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and provincial courts located in Ontario, Canada. All persons submitting and Entry and winner agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion and without notice, and reserves the right, for any reason, to suspend or cancel the Promotion or any entrant's participation in the Promotion including should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Promotion as planned.
