NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. This contest is open to those who submit a photo and to those who are over the age of eighteen. This contest is open to those who live in the United States of America. The contestant must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided, through Instagram using the hashtag #HowMyDogSleeps and tagging @TallTailsTrail, or through responding to any marketing emails sent. The entry must fulfill all campaign requirements. The contestant may only enter once. The contestant agrees to accept the decisions of Tall Tails as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. The winner will receive products with the approximate value of two-hundred and fifty USD. Actual value may differ. No cash or other prize substitutes are permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Tall Tails to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Winner will be selected by a random drawing under supervision of Tall Tails. Winner will be notified within five days following the selection of winner. If winner cannot be contacted, due to incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or fails to claim prize within two days, the contestant is ineligible.
