PHOTO GUIDELINES

• Only upload a single (1) image per submission.
• You must choose a category for your photo (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter or "Any Season"). 
• Maximum four (4) total submissions per photographer. Each submission can go into any category. Winning photos will be limited to one per contestant.
• No time limit on photos — they can be taken at any date, provided the quality is substantial.
• Cell phone photos may be accepted, provided the quality is substantial.
• Higher quality & higher resolution photos are preferred.
• Photos must be at least 1536 pixels wide.
• 300 DPI photo resolution.
• Acceptable photo file types are .jpg, .gif & .png.
• 10 MB or less file size.

• Lower resolutions will not print well and may minimize your chances of being selected as a finalist.
• Horizontal layout is preferred.
• Color and black and white photos will be accepted.
• Photograph must be the participant’s own original work and not have been previously published in any commercial publication.

I have read all contest guidelines and rules located on this webpage and affirm that this entry is in compliance with them. I understand that Security National Corporation (aka Security National Bank) assumes no responsibility for the photographs submitted. I understand that I am responsible for obtaining signed model releases for any photos submitted that contain recognizable individuals, especially children, and that I may be asked to provide copies of those releases if my photo is selected as a finalist. I agree that Security National Bank and its licensees may publish my photograph in the 2021 Siouxland “Moments That Matter” Calendar and exhibit, copy, publish, make derivative works from or otherwise use his or her entry photograph and other entry materials for any purpose, in any media, in perpetuity, without limitation or additional permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. These rights include exclusive first worldwide publication rights in and to all entries for the period up to publication of the 2021 Siouxland “Moments That Matter” Wall Calendar. I hereby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Security National Bank from all claims, demand and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executor, administrator, or any other person acting on my behalf or behalf of my estate may have by reason of this authorization. Additionally, I certify that the photograph, in its entirety, is a piece of original material taken by myself, the contest entrant.
