These days, it's hard to focus on self care and giving our bodies and our spirits the love and appreciation they deserve. As many in our community are busy saving lives and making a difference in the world, we want to solute do-gooders in our community with a little bit of pampering. That's why we're asking you to nominate someone in your life who has faced hardships this year that more than deserves a little self care. Be it frontline workers, nurses, teachers, or maybe somebody who has recently lost their job.
