OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to abide by all the giveaway rules and regulations. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 continental United States that are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The winner must provide a valid mailing address and email address. CargoSmart® (“Sponsor”) reserve the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Current employees, partners or agencies associated with CargoSmart, or Winston Products LLC are not eligible to win.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 12:00AM EST and ends Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 11:59pm EST. To qualify for a Tuesday drawing, all entries must be received by 11:59PM ET the immediately preceding Monday. The last chance to enter for the final drawing is Monday, August 27 and 11:59PM EST. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the giveaway at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the giveaway through the official form found on website or within social posts. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form to participate. The entrant will receive one (1) entry for each of the following actions:

Filling in & submitting the entry form receives one (1) entry
Liking any of the GET-A-GRIP GIVEAWAY Facebook posts receives one (1) entry
Sharing the giveaway. After submitting the entry form, you will receive an email with a unique URL for sharing the giveaway. For every referred friend who enters the giveaway via your shared unique link, you'll receive one (1) extra entry for each of those entries

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the submission period will be gathered into a database at the end of the submission period. There are four (4) rounds of winners, where one (1) winner will be chosen at random each Tuesday during August. Those dates (rounds) include: August 7, August 14, August 21, and August 28. The chosen winner will be announced each Tuesday by 5PM EST. An individual can only win once and will be removed from future round drawings. All entrants that are not selected in a round, remain as eligible entries in the remaining rounds. Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the email address supplied on the winners’ entry forms. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email account for prize notification. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be chosen.

PRIZES
There are four (4) prizes that will be awarded to four (4) individual winners. Each winner will receive a $100 CargoSmart gift card that can be used online, at www.cargosmartllc.com.

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Prizes are non-transferable.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

PUBLICITY / MARKETING
By participating in the giveaway, you are granting permission to use your name, likeness or comments for publicity or for future marketing purposes.

CargoSmart reserves the right to adjust or shut down the giveaway at any time, as well as investigate the possibility of cheating or tampering prior to determining a winner. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
