Enter a drawing for a chance to win 24 tickets to a suite (24 ticket capacity) with private in-suite restroom, exclusive suite access through private entrance, full access to Club Level and Lofts during matches, Full-time suite services staff to coordinate special requests, 6 reserved parking spaces, and a $500 catering credit to the October 22, 2017 Sounders FC match valued at $4,500. Enter to win by entering your first name, last name, phone number and email address and completing the entry form provided. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. No purchase necessary to win and a purchase will not increase odds of winning.

Limitations
Only one entry per person. Must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older and must submit the entry form via the ShortStack entry form provided. Must be a BECU member to be eligible. Entries will not be accepted by mail or in a Neighborhood Financial Center. Employees or agents of BECU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Winners
The winner will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on 10/17/17 at 9:00am from all entries received from the start of business on 9/25/17 through the end of business on 10/16/17 and you need not be present to win. Odds of winning based on the number of entries received. The winner will be notified by email or phone no later than the end of business 10/17/17 and will have 2 business days from date of notification to contact BECU, complete the claim form and other documents as necessary, and provide them to BECU. Should the winner fail to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will go to the first selected alternate. For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to BECU, Attn: Monira Buntha, Marketing Strategy Manager, P.O. Box 97050, M/S 1057-1, Seattle, Washington 98124-9750. Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BECU, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating, entrants release BECU, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph and statements by BECU for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation.
