CONTEST RULES

Entry and Liability:

The ‘Find Your Bearings’ Facebook and Instagram promotion is a contest open to all Facebook and Instagram users who are residents of the continental United States and Canada aged 18 years and older. This contest is sponsored by Yukon Gear and Axle and is in no way affiliated with Facebook. Entry into the contest is gained by submitting a photo on the contest entry page. Only original photos are considered valid. By sharing the photo on Yukon Gear and Axle’s Facebook page, users are consenting that they are the rights owner of the photograph. Yukon Gear and Axle is not responsible for validating the ownership of any copyrighted images displayed during the course of the promotion. If notified by a third-party, or through other means, that a photo is copyrighted and not applicable for republication we will remove said photo from the contest page, making it ineligible for the contest. Yukon Gear and Axle also reserves the right to remove any photos which are obscene or offensive in nature. 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Yukon Gear and Axle. The information you provide will only be used for contacting you regarding the Find Your Bearings photo contest, or other promotional campaigns from Yukon Gear & Axle or RANDYS Worldwide.

Image Usage:

Upon submission of photos, Facebook users grant Yukon Gear and Axle, and parent company RANDYS Worldwide Automotive, the right to use said photo for either non-commercial or commercial purposes on company operated social media, websites and/or advertisements, with or without accreditation. 

Submission:

The ‘Find Your Bearings’ promotion entry begins when the post announcing the contest goes live on the Yukon Gear and Axle timeline. Submissions are accepted until Friday, July 27th at 4 PM Pacific Standard Time, after which the grand prize winner is drawn.

Winners:

Winners will be chosen at random every Tuesday evening, with prizes noted on the contest page.  Winners will be notified via email, and by a post announcing the winner(s) on the Yukon Gear and Axle Facebook and Instagram pages. To receive their prize package, winners can private message the Yukon Gear and Axle Facebook page, or respond to the notification email sent by Yukon Gear and Axle, with their contact and mailing information. Winners are not responsible for shipping and handling.
