OFFICIAL RULES:

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to The Guide and not to Facebook or Instagram. The information you provide will be used for promotional purposes only. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any claims. Participation in this promotion is subject to the Official Rules. Walmart and its respective companies are in no way participants in or sponsors of this promotion. You must fill out the required fields in order to enter the contest.

All entries become the property of The Guide and The Guide will not verify receipt of entries. The computer clock of the entity hosting the Contest is the official timekeeping device for the contest. Contest will begin on August 17, 2015 at 12PM ET. Contest ends August 20, 2015 at noon ET at which time the winner will be contacted via email, or phone, if provided. If prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification, winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be chosen at random from our pool of participants.

All decisions regarding the winner are final and binding on all matters related to this contest. Odds of being chosen as the winner are dependent upon the number of participants in this contest. No cash alternative or substitution for the Gift Card will be awarded.

This contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of their entry in the Contest. Employees of The Guide are not eligible to participate. Void everywhere else outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, or where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Rules are subject to change at any time at sponsor's discretion.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Entrants, by participating in the contest, release and agree to hold the The Guide, Facebook, Walmart, Instagram, and all respective companies harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions, of any kind whatsoever, for any injuries, losses, or damages, of any kind, to persons (including death or bodily injury) and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Gift Card. Each entrant agrees to indemnify The Guide from any and all liability resulting or arising from the contest and hereby acknowledges that The Guide has neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any contest herein. Additionally, The Guide is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, damaged, delayed or undelivered entries; or for any virus contracted by an entrant’s computer through participation in the contest, or for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by computer or Internet malfunction, interference, tampering, manipulation, weather, natural disaster, acts of war, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest. The Guide assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation, or for failed computer, satellite, telephone, wireless or cable transmissions, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, technical error, theft, destruction or unauthorized access. The Guide is not responsible for any other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the contest, the processing of entries, the awarding of the Gift Card, the selection and notification of the winner. The Guide is not responsible for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable network, server, wireless service, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections or any combination thereof. The Guide reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person or entity.

PUBLICITY:

Entrants, by participating in the contest, hereby give The Guide the right to use his/her name, likeness, and comments for publicity purposes except where prohibited by law. By providing your email address, you consent to receive promotional emails from The Guide. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

CLAIMING OF PRIZE:

The winner of the contest must be able to pick up the prize from our office in Seaford, Delaware (address below), and must present photo ID at time of pickup.
